schoolED Consulting was founded in 2017 by Paul Ledwidge, a highly experienced educator with 25 years of experience. Paul brought together a team of expert educators who shared his passion for improving teaching, programs, services, and strategic objectives

Leveraging Paul’s extensive knowledge and insights gained from working internationally as an educational consultant in various settings, the team provides expert guidance in areas such as curriculum development, teacher training, strategic planning, occupational health and safety, and wellbeing.

What sets schoolED apart is its emphasis on providing tailored solutions that are grounded in research-based best practices and that cater to the unique needs of each institution. After returning to Australia Paul trialled and honed this approach as a school principal, where he implemented an improvement agenda using external expertise to support staff daily, a successful approach that informs his advice and work with institutions today.

In addition to its consulting services, the company offers a wide range of professional development opportunities for educators, including workshops, webinars, online courses, coaching, leadership mentoring, wellbeing, and positive behaviour support. With the launch of schoolEDsafe.com, the company is now offering Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) support for schools providing a range of resources, including policy, training materials, risk assessment tools and audits, and handbook development to help schools create and maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Additionally, schoolED Consulting has also entered the Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) agency space with the launch of schoolEDteachers.com. We connect schools with qualified and experienced CRTs, making it easier for schools to fill staffing gaps quickly and efficiently. It also means we can support CRTs with training and induction via our professional development expertise.
