She has extensive experience leading system leadership development through building capability of school and system leaders and supporting school improvement through adaptive leadership practices. She further supports schools in collaborative practices using a communities of practice approach.

Her experience as a Capacity Lead, Australian Cluster for New Pedagogies for Deep Learning underpins her holistic approach to curriculum planning with a focus on building capabilities and digital practices. Jillian also provides support in whole school ICT planning, digital learning, learning design and delivery, and student agency. An experienced educator, Jillian’s approach is personal and collaborative and draws on an evidence based approach drawn on a wide range of theories and practice.
