Lorraine is an experienced, passionate educator who has worked with diverse learners from Pre K to adults within a range of educational contexts both in Australia and overseas in New York, USA and in the Middle East.
Her practical experience within education systems and schools, coupled with a data-driven approach and a focus on practical implementation, positions her as a valuable resource for enhancing the quality of education and promoting positive outcomes for students.
Lorraine has undertaken various leadership roles including School Principal, Curriculum Assistant Principal, Mathematics Consultant, Numeracy Teaching and Learning Coach and Network Improvement Consultant.
This extensive experience has contributed to her deep understanding of the barriers and enablers to improvement, the importance of clarity of direction, and the need to maintain a fine grained, leaner focus lens, when engaging in the continual cycle of improvement.
Lorraine brings over 20 years of experience in coaching individuals and teams to effectively implement evidence based decisions to achieve continuous improvement in their daily learning and teaching practices.
Lorraine is skilled in facilitating professional conversations to develop a shared language of teaching and learning and to bring teachers from diverse experiences and pedagogical knowledge base together to create highly effective Professional Learning Communities.
