Nicole is an accomplished educator and leader, dedicated to supporting teachers and schools in developing their pedagogy and educational philosophies. As a school leader of performance and development, she has extensive experience with mentoring teachers to become the best educator they can be, from those new to the profession through to expert teachers looking to rejuvenate their practice. Additionally, Nicole has worked collaboratively with new leaders to help them understand the fundamentals of team and whole school leadership.
Nicole’s expertise lies in mentoring and coaching teachers of English, Literacy and the Humanities. With experience from P-12, she understands the importance of scaffolding learning to foster growth in all students and supporting teachers to achieve this. Her passion projects include the implementation of PLCs, creating and driving instructional models, and preparing and leading whole school professional development.
