Paul Ledwidge is a highly experienced educator, with a background in educational consulting, working internationally and in Australia. As a former school principal and system leader, Paul has a deep understanding of the challenges facing schools today, and is passionate about supporting them to achieve their goals.

As the director of schoolED Consulting, Paul specialises in providing strategic guidance to education institutions seeking to improve their performance and outcomes. He is skilled at working with school leaders to develop effective strategies that align with their vision and values, and is able to provide leadership on a range of strategic issues. He works closely with principals and leadership teams to help them develop their core business, and provides direction and support to teachers in areas such as curriculum design, school-wide and team planning, and classroom implementation.

Project management is an area of Paul’s expertise. He has overseen a wide range of initiatives and completed tenders aimed at systemic educational improvement. Paul is skilled at working with diverse teams to set goals, develop strategies, and manage projects from conception through to completion. He has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educational institutions in different contexts, and is able to deliver tailored support and clear direction to ensure the success of each project.
