Troy Johns has over 15 years’ experience in schools. His passion for all students having access to quality teaching and learning has been evident through many roles including coach, Leading Teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal. Beginning with several years teaching in the western suburbs of Victoria including introducing and implementing a successful Boys Ed program for disengaged boys and leading whole school curriculum, he currently works with various schools across Victoria in a coaching and consultancy capacity in several areas specialising in:
- Differentiation and Data Driven Teaching
- Whole School Numeracy/Mathematics
- Teaching and Learning for students with additional needs
- Student Behaviour including SWPBS (School Wide Positive Behaviour Support)
