A program with 5 modules – for graduate teachers across schools and networks.

In this program, we’ll equip you with essential skills and strategies for your teaching success.

This encompasses developing a versatile toolkit for handling various situations, effective lesson planning, maintaining valuable assessment
data through authentic assessments, classroom management techniques, and fostering positive communication with all school community stakeholders—students, parents, and colleagues.

We’ll also cover workload organisation, differentiation, conflict resolution, Parent-Teacher interviews, teamwork, and report writing, ensuring your readiness for the demands of your educational role. Connect with fellow graduates and experienced professionals, gaining valuable guidance and support for your initial teaching years. Feel confident as you begin the school year with your own classroom, sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and building lasting connections in this empowering networking environment.

Modules include an in-person network meeting and four online modules including interactive network zoom and ‘drop in’ network zoom. There is also the opportunity for 1:1 coaching to those who require a more individualised approach.
