We take a deep dive into your risk register, training register, safe work procedures, OHS calendar of activities, communications with staff and policies and provide quick updates and advice. We thrive on the opportunity to relieve the administrative burden of navigating OSHMS.
We work with your HSR to ensure you are audit ready.
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure all activities in the OHS calendar are completed
- We can attend quarterly OHS meetings to provide guidance
We work with your HSR to clarify their responsibilities, understand the basics of hazard management procedures, follow the OHS issue resolution process, represent staff in health and safety communication and consultation, carry out workplace inspections and support the Principal.
We can work with your HSR to include workplace bullying, occupational violence and student challenging behaviour on your school’s risk register. We conduct staff training to unpack critical factors that positively contribute to employee wellbeing in the workplace.
