Join our Staff Mental Wellbeing Program.
This program aims to empower school staff with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain their mental wellbeing, both during the school year and beyond.
Welcome to the “sustainED Staff Mental Wellbeing” program! This initiative is designed to support school staff in cultivating and maintaining mental wellbeing through practical, evidence-based strategies. Tailored to meet the unique needs of each school, this program provides tools and insights to promote a healthy, balanced, and resilient work environment.Aim:
Program Aims:
- To start the conversation with staff about mental wellbeing.
- To provide them with some strategies to promote their own mental wellbeing.
- To equip them with a shared language around mental wellbeing.
This program consists of:
- Preliminary meeting with principal/AP:
- 30-60 minutes.
- Online
- 4 staff sessions over the year:
- 1 x 60 minute session per term.
- Face to face.
- Participatory and conversational.
- A short debrief with principal/AP after each session to make sure sessions are on track or to identify changes needed.
- Program debrief with principal/AP:
- 30-60 minutes.
- Online
Our sustainED school staff mental wellbeing program is designed to equip school staff with the essential knowledge and resources to sustain their mental wellbeing throughout the school year and into the future. Through participation, staff will acquire practical strategies that can be seamlessly incorporated into their everyday routines, helping to create a more supportive and resilient school environment.
