sustainED – Leadership Wellbeing
Join our Leadership Wellbeing Program.
Using an evidence-based survey to assess your wellbeing in both work and life, together we will set personalised wellbeing goals and identify practical steps you can take to both keep your wellbeing or track and to improve it. When work and life get busy, it is easy for our wellbeing to drop off our radar, or to fall to the bottom of our list of priorities. But this is a fast road to stress and burnout! The sustainED program creates the time in your calendar for regular check-ins on your wellbeing so that you can make sure you are constantly filling up your tank. We will have regular one-on-one conversations to reflect, review your progress and make changes as needed.
You will also have the opportunity to come to a group workshop with other participants to share ideas, challenges and experiences.
sustainED program outcomes:
- Develop an understanding of your current wellbeing practices
- Identify personalised wellbeing priorities
- Identify actionable steps you can take to improve your wellbeing
- Notice and respond early if your focus on your wellbeing starts to fall away
- Role model self-care and promote the wellbeing of the people you lead
This program consists of:
- Completing a leadership wellbeing survey
- 90 minute 1:1 survey report debrief session (virtual)
- 5 x 60 minute 1:1 leadership wellbeing coaching sessions across the year (virtual)
- A half day group leadership wellbeing workshop (in person)
