sustainED – Leadership Wellbeing programs

Using an evidence-based survey to assess your wellbeing in both work and life, together we will set personalised wellbeing goals and identify practical steps you can take to both keep your wellbeing or track and to improve it. We will then have regular one-on-one conversations to reflect, review your progress and make changes as needed.

You will also have the opportunity to come to a group workshop with other participants to share ideas, challenges and experiences.

schoolED psychological hazards offering

Did you know that, under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, school principals are required to identify hazards to employee mental wellbeing and take steps to maintain a work environment that is safe and without risk to psychological health?
Our consultants can help you to:

  • Update your risk register to include the required three hazards: workplace bullying, occupational violence, and student challenging behaviour.
  • Identify factors that contribute to a mentally unsafe working environment.
  • Assess the level of risk associated with these factors.
  • Identify strategies to eliminate or reduce the level of risk associated with work-related risk factors that may cause a mental health injury.
  • Identify strategies to promote psychological safety and good employee mental health.
  • Provide relevant and appropriate information and training to employees to address their mental health and wellbeing.
